Membership Information
Membership envelopes are always available at the PTA bulletin board and at the PTA desk. Membership envelopes are also sent home with each child at the start of each school year. Simply fill out the form with your name, address, telephone number and email address. Adding your child's teacher and grade level is also helpful. Drop your envelope in the blue PTA mailbox or give it to your child's teacher. You may also fill out this form to be contacted by a PTA officer about your membership.
Membership costs $5 per person per year
