Families That Play Together...PLAY TOGETHER!!
The Casey Fit Family Contest gets your family in action together so you experience "playing together" like a team in sports....and learn about family health and fitness. Oh, and of course WIN COOL PRIZES!!
Your Take-home challenge for February is to replace something unhealthy you eat/drink regularly with something healthy (read nutrition labels to make sure the ingredients are really healthy...and see the video below of what we learned at the Farmer's Market about reading nutrition labels)!!
